JEFFRIES, Henry - Putnam

Henry Jeffries, age 83, who resided near Bellmore, who had been visiting friends in Bainbridge for several days, died Friday following a stroke of apoplexy which he suffered when entering the home of Mrs. Henry Allee.  Mr. Jeffries died a few minutes after he suffered the stroke. The body was taken to the home near Bellmore, Friday night. Funeral and burial was Sunday afternoon. The only near relatives surviving is one daughter. - kbz
